Under the theme, titled: “Violence, why?”, the 7th literary salon took place on Friday at the Coptic Catholic Cultural Center of Minya. It was hosted by the Bishop of the Coptic Catholic Minya Eparchy, Bishop Buṭrus Fahīm.
The Coptic language is the last development stage of the spoken Egyptian language. Scholars believe that the Coptic language directly derives from the late Egyptian language, which was spoken in the 16th century.
In cooperation with the Coptic Orthodox Church’s Bishopric of Public, Ecumenical and Social Services (BLESS), the churches in the Sharq al-Sikah al-Ḥadīd region in Cairo will organize a conference on violence against children.
