An American judge allowed yesterday a fatwa of “the international front against Jews and the Crusades” announced by Ben Laden in 1998 to be included among the evidence directed against civil rights lawyer Lyn Stewart [Lawyer of Omar Abdel Rahman] and Ahmed Abdel Sattar, the legal deputy of the spiritual leader of the banned Jama’a Islamiya in America.. John Quitly, the judge, said that Ben Laden’s fatwa demanding fight against the Jews and the Crusades is a important evidence in supporting the charges against Ahmad Abdel Sattar, the legal deputy, for the blind sheikh Omar Abdel Rahman.
