Bishop Paphnotius, bishop of Samalut, led a mass prayer in the forty-day anniversary mass for the victims of Taha Al-‘Ameda after which, he gave a speech detailing the events of the accident and its consequences. He began his speech with spiritual words on the Bible and he ended it with a plea to President Hosni Mubarak to put an end to the behavior of the policemen that resulted in the death of three and the injury of another.
