The article deals with the controversy in the Coptic communities over what is now claimed by some to allow the use of modern means of communication such as mobile phones and the internet in practicing the sacrament of confession, which is one of the seven sacraments of the church. The claim was rejected by the clergy in their various denominations and the surprise was that the laymen opposition in the church rejected also the use of the internet in confession.
