Sharīf Rīyād present three opinions about the phone call between Muslim Brotherhood's Murshid [Guide] and Coptic Pope Shenouda III.

The first opinion is that this initiative by the MB aims to reassure Copts from the MB's side.

Others believe, according to Rīyād, that this is a step for a future cooperation between both sides in the parliament election.

The third opinion is that this is a part of the MB's plan to open to the civil society and political forces, correcting the false image of them.

On the other hand, the writer expresses the desire that this initiative work and result with an agreement between the MB and Copts to support the national unity.
