The crisis of Saint George's Church in Marīnāb village, Idfū town in Aswan governorate, is not new but it happened before a lot of times since the outrageous sectarian incident in al-Khānkah area in Qalyubia governorate in 1972.

We all should be aware of the increase in the sectarian incidents that was made clear through the recent Maspero incidents. Any power coming should restore security to protect the citizens. It is not appropriate that fear from violence return us to the big prison that we were in before the January revolution destroyed its fences.
