Cairo, May 29 2012: In connection with a visit by an Austrian university delegation to Cairo in May 2012, a presentation by Khaled Hamza, spokesperson for the Muslim Brotherhood, was arranged. Several other representatives of the Muslim Brotherhood and the editor-in-chief of the Freedom and Justice Party’s webpage accompanied him. This gave the Austrian students and professors, mostly from the Catholic faculty at Vienna University, an opportunity to ask questions of persons affiliated with the Muslim Brotherhood, who for the first time in Egypt’s history, gained significant influence in Egyptian politics.
