Father Angelios Isaac, the secretary of Pope Tawadros II, stated that the Pope and Father Bolus Halīm are the only two people who speak on the behalf of the Church, and any other person speaks for himself only.  He added that the Pope did forbid any priest or bishop from appearing on satellite channels.
