The Youth Bishopric will start today the Coptic Book Fair, from 16 to 26 November, at St. Mark's Cathedral in al-ʿAbbāssiyya.
The Coptic Orthodox Church’s first official response said, in a statement on Saturday, that he had been cut off from its service for more than 18 years.

Bishop Daniel of Sydney is now subject to a police investigation following allegations of serious fraud within the church.
The Coptic Orthodox Church celebrates the 98th anniversary of the Birth of Pope Shinūda, the 117th Patriarch of the Coptic Orthodox Church.  Pope Shinūda passed away  at the age of 89 in 2012 and was buried in a special shrine at the Monastery of Bishop Bīshūy in Wādī al Naṭrūn.
