Islamophobia literally means an exaggerated or irrational fear of Islam. In current times, Islamophobia is on the rise worldwide. This article aims to develop a negotiating strategy to manage the implications of Islamophobic discourses and to deal with related cross-cultural communication barriers through an analysis of interactions of the (SCIA) Network of International Experts on setting a collective and extended agenda to deal with Islamophobia from 2004 to 2007. 

This article is divided into three sections 

The first section contains a taxonomy analysis of Islamophobic discourse from an analysis of extensive Internet research, media articles and academic seminars, discussion sessions & papers and provides four major trends or dimensions of the Islamophobic discourse. 

The second section contains an argumentational analysis of the interactions of SCIA experts, drawing a cognitive map for the required collective, accumulative & extended agenda so as to deal with Islamophobia. In this section, the researcher presents four key sets of data. The first one is called "The basic argumentational analytical matrix". This matrix depicts a cognitive map of the key arguments needed to establish an extended and accumulative agenda for dealing with the main communicative problems between the Arab Islamic World & the West. Primary data set number two, includes SCIA experts and interaction regarding the distorted image of Islam in the educational settings of Europe.(2005). Data set number three is about another key Islamophobic issue which is related to integrating the Muslim communities in the West (sessions of 2006) whilst primary data set number four is about the argumentational analysis of 2007 discussion sessions, which directly targets the question of "How should we deal with Islamophobia?" 

The third section introduces the elements, features & communicational sub-strategies that form the entirety of the proposed global negotiation strategy [GNS] to deal with Islamophobia drawing upon learnings from current and past mistakes that have caused the escalation of Islamophobia and world problems at large as well as discussing the basic communication barriers that need to be dismantled and addressed through the proposed GNS to combat Islamophobia. This section also highlights the importance of managing the Complex Channels that Need to be Operationalized Through Effective Networking on the Digital & Face to Face Communication Levels. 

This article enables the reader to have a clear view of the suggested elements for a full-fledged negotiating strategy to manage the current rise in Islamophobia in the modern world. However, it only shows a road map for the great efforts that need to be exerted and the assertive moves that need to be implemented in a long and widening road to effective reduction and containment of Islamophobia and to a better world for all humanity.
