The role of a preacher is important, especially if incidents where religion arouses people’s passions are taking place. People with bad intentions are searching for unqualified preachers and use them to excite people through delivering inflammatory sermons. Thus, we can grasp the problem the Ministry of Waqfs is facing. The fact that the Ministry did not yet bring all mosques under their control increases its burden.
