‘Ādil Darwīsh criticized

the two-day

conference entitled, "Review of the Holocaust: Global Vision," recently hosted by Iran to

examine whether the Nazi

Holocaust, in which six million Jews and millions of Poles, homosexuals, Africans,

gypsies and Russians were

killed, actually happened. Darwīsh believes that denial of the Holocaust

will do more harm than good to the

Palestinian cause and will play into the hands of extremist Israelis who

use the Holocaust to justify their

persecution of Palestinians.
