The Administrative Judiciary Court will settle on Sunday, May 15, 2011, a lawsuit demanding that Maurice Sādiq, an expatriate Copt in the United States, be stripped of his Egyptian nationality.

Sādiq was accused by a lawyer of blasphemy, insulting Muslim scholars and asking Israel to occupy Egypt in order to protect Christians there.

Sādiq had his name on a blacklist of personalities not be allowed in Egypt.
