The United States has a vision to interfere in Egypt in several areas:
1. A need to strengthen NGOs, to keep the military and security institutions and religious from political life in Egypt, from the reality of the experience of Eastern European States.
2. More foreign organizations to enter Egypt from some EU government and civil society organisations for international monitoring of the forthcoming elections.
3. Use of the media in inspiring society to press against actions that are taken in the face of foreign funding.
