The public prosecutor's office of Talkhā in the Governorate of Dakahliadecided to keep 61-year-old Shi’ite doctor Mahmūd 'Abd al-Khāliq Mahmūd imprisoned for 15 days on charge of condemning (Sunni) religion while investigations were carried out. Amongst his possessions, a picture of Shaykh Hassan Nasrallah in a wooden frame were found, as well as some Shi’ite books, specific CDs and 18 round beige stones (used in prayer)(Rāmī al-Qatāwī, al-Dustūr, Feb. 16, p. 2). Read original text in Arabic.
