In the report released by Observatory for Monitoring Takfiri Fatwas, Dār al-Iftāʾ stated that the month of November has witnessed a number of terror attacks carried out by Islamist radical groups, such as the Taliban and the Baluchistan Liberation Front (BLF) in Pakistan with 6 terror acts, two of which targeted innocent citizens, 2 targeted police forces and the Chinese embassy in Karachi, and two further terror attacks to which no organization claimed responsibility.
