Ambassador Nabīla Makram ʿAbd al- Shahīd, Minister of State for Immigration and Egyptians Abroad Affairs, witnessed the signing of a tripartite cooperation protocol between her ministry and the Coptic Orthodox Church represented by the “Bishopric of Public, Social and Ecumenical Services” and the Dignified Life Foundation, regarding coordinating the participation of Egyptian communities abroad to support the activities of the national project for the development of Egyptian rural villages “a decent life”. The initiative was launched by President ʿAbd al-Fattāḥ al-Sīsī to improve for the poorest the standard of living and public service access.
