The board of the Neurosurgery Department of Zagazig Medical School responded to the editorial in Watani of August 5 which carried the title "Tyrannized in Medical School." The editorial concerned the allegedly denied rights of promotion of Dr. Joseph Badie Iskandar for being a Christian. The board accused Watani of fanaticism and false allegations. Sidhom responds that the reply has gone beyond defending the department.
