The efforts of the Muslim Brotherhood in the Doctors’ Syndicate are limited to holding conferences and seminars, collecting donations and sending them to Mujahideen [Jihad-involved Muslims] everywhere. The medical conditions deteriorated in Egypt because of the Brotherhood’s domination over the Syndicate. As a result, newspapers advertisements about treatment with magic, witchery, cautery and other primitive methods became a common, painful reality.
