We should all support Al-Masrī Al-Yawm's initiative to fight sectarian polemics because the nation's future depends on it. Sectarian polemics define the line between a civilized nation and a moribund one. People now consider criticizing any religious figure or scholar an attack on the religion itself. Religious thought should be renovated for the sake of coexistence.
