The bodies of Mariam and Samīr, two of the Warrāq Church victims who were shot in front of the Virgin Mary Church in Warrāq on the 20^th of October, have been moved from the family cemetery in Usīm to the 6^th of October cemeteries that bury martyrs of sectarian incidents. This took place after repetitive demands from their father Ashraf, which was delayed and frowned upon at first by church authorities.  He added that this was the will of their mother who died out of sadness for their loss (Isrā’ Hāmid, al- Watan, April 5, p. 2).
