Dr. Abdel-Sabour Shahin stressed that the Azhar did not do an act of courtesy in its report on his book "My Father Adam". He declared his opposition to the Fatwa [a decree given by a Muslim scholar or a Mufti] of the sheikh of the Azhar regarding smoking while heavily supporting the Fatwa of the Mufti.
